PM jan Arogya Yojana 2024
The Jan Arogya Yojana is the second component of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana implemented by the central government of India for the welfare of low to moderate-income families to have their treatment and medical checks done with no or less cash flow. The Ministry of Family and Health Welfare is responsible for managing the scheme. They have provided many benefits under the scheme for the welfare of underprivileged households. The health insurance covered under PM Jan Arogya Yojana includes medical examination, consultation, treatment, pre-hospitalization, intensive and non-incentive care, medication, laboratory, and laboratory tests.
The accommodation, food services, and transport facilities, if using the hospital services, will also be covered by the scheme. These services will be covered within 15 days of treatment.
