Meghalaya Police Recruitment Eligibility 2024

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree– The candidates applying for the UB- Sub Inspector should have the specified bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any government-recognised institute.
Class 12th degree – The individuals applying for the role of Unarmed branch constable charge, Fireman, Driver Fireman, or MRPO Operator should have qualified the class 12th with more than average grades and no backlogs.
Class 9th Qualification – The candidates applying for the role of Armed Branch Constable and Driver Constable should have qualified for the Class 9th with an average or more markings.

The physical test will also be considered for recruitment. The physical eligibility requires the height of the candidates. The male of the reserved category should have a height of 157 cm, while the other requires 162 cm of height. The female candidates should have a height of 152 for the reserved category and 157 cm for the general category.
