UGC NET Exam Date 2024

The UGC has been conducting national eligibility tests twice a year to recruit assistant professors and researchers from all across the country. The exam follows the pattern of entrance exam for the aspirants who are willing to accept the challenges in the process of achieving their goal of Junior Researcher Fellowship or the Assistance Professor.

The exam is scheduled to be conducted in June and December. The schedule for the upcoming exam in June has been released, and the notification states the exam schedule is to be held from 10th to 21st June 2024. The advertisement has been released, and the application process for retirement is scheduled to be implemented in April 2024. exam 2 will be carried out for 83 subjects with 531 centres.

UGC NET Admit Card Release Date 2024

The admit card for the exam will be released a few days before the exam. The hall ticket is usually issued 10 days before the scheduled d exam dates. As per the notification, the exam will be conducted from 10th June 2024. The applicants can expect the release of the admit card during the first week of June.

UGC NET Exam Centers List 2024

There are around 531 centres all across the country for the location of the exam. The candidates will have the option to choose the three nearest locations where they can appear. As per the details provided by them, the location will be preferred. The individuals should check the list of exam centres before choosing the option in the registration form. UGC NET Application Fees 2024

The application fees will vary for each individual based on their category. They can make the payment through any online payment gateway. Internet banking, UPI or debit cards are made available for the applicants. The list of the categories, along with the payment options, is shared below in the table below.

The UGC exam will be conducted in two phases: the morning and the afternoon shifts. Each schedule will be allied with the duration of 3 3-hour period. The first shift will be from 9 am to 12 pm, while the second will be from 3 pm to 6 pm.
